Trailer Repair Operatives

bmi require Trailer Repair Operatives to work in our busy repair bays.

Would you like an opportunity to work as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment where no two days are the same?

The desired experience for this role would include:

  • Welding experience
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics
  • Working knowledge of engine servicing, maintenance
  • Working knowledge of trailer lights and brakes
  • MOT inspections and preparation
  • Forklift, crane experience
  • Ability to read basic drawings

The right candidate will:

  • Be keen to learn new skills
  • Able to work in a small team
  • Able to use initiative and communicate well
  • Able to work off site if required ( customer sites)

38.5 hours per week: 7am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-2pm Friday.
